We use the data communicated by you for the fulfillment and completion of your order. A passing on of your data takes place to the mail-order house. Which has the assignment to deliver as far as this is necessary for the supply of the goods (name, address, telephone number for the vote of the dates of delivery). For the completion of payments we pass on your payment dates to our house bank as far as this is necessary. The passing on of your data to other third parties or a use for advertising purposes does not take place.

On use of the customer login: You can see your transacted orders in the customer login as well as change your customer data and your password. For deletion informal email at webmaster@a-pe.de is sufficient.

Without use of the customer login: By totally completion and totally payment of the purchase price your data will close for the further use and delete after expiration of the regulation in according to tax and commercial law.

During registration to the newsletter we store your email address for the purpose of advertisement and market study up to your notice of withdrawal of the newsletter.

Despite regular controls a complete protection against all dangers is however impossible.

You have the right of free information’s over your stored data as well as if necessary the right to correction, blockage, or deletion of these data. 14. Cookies

For the transfer of your order data setting at cookies is necessary. If you not activate the checkbox “store entered form data” in the order form, the cookies in your order will be emptied when you send your order.
