E. Peschel antenna service sells the customer that in print catalogs, flyers, as well as online-shop specified
goods to that in the following presented supply and sale conditions (GTC).
1.1 Area of application
For all supplies of E. Peschel antenna online-shop at consumers (§ 13 BGB) are
valid these general trading conditions (GTC).
2. Contracting party
The contract of sale comes off with: E. Peschel antenna service, managing director: E. Peschel, Parkstr. 53,
16792 Zehednick, Deutschland. You reach our customer service for question, complaints and objections under
the telephone number +49 17754 61478 as well as by email under webmaster@a-pe.de.
3. Offer and contract conclusion
3.1 We are legally obligated to confirm you the entrance of your order. We follow that gladly. Please note that in
accordance with our GTC the dispatch of the goods is relevant for the contract conclusion, i.e. the acceptance of
your order by E. Peschel antenna online-shop takes place with the dispatch of the commodity.
Your order will be as fast as possible checked by us. Since we supply as long as the supply is enough it can
come to the fact that a product is not longer available in exceptional cases.
The representation of the products in online-shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a request for
order. All offers are valid so long the supply is enough, if not something else is noted with the products. Mistakes
reserve. Deviations and technical changes in relation to our illustration or descriptions are possible. The
respective catalog loss it’s validly with appears of a new edition.
3.2 The following general trading conditions are valid for all contracts, supplies and other achievements. Deviating
regulations of the contract contradict we explicit hereby. All special agreements require the written confirmation
on our part.
E. Peschel antenna online-shop is at any time authorized to change or supplement these GTC including all
possible enclosures. The orders which come off before, works on with than still valid old GTC.
3.3 By clicking of the Button “order sends” in the concluding step of the order process you deliver an obligatory order
of the goods, which contained in the shopping cart. For the contract conclusion is relevant the dispatch of the
goods, i.e. the acceptance of your order by E. Peschel antenna service takes place with the dispatch of the
commodity. For your order you receive a confirmation of order email from us.
4. Prices and forwarding charges
The prices specified on the product sides contain the added legal value tax and other price components.
4.1 In addition to the indicated prices we compute a fee of 5.00 EUR for the orders of smaller quantities (smaller than
50.00 EUR). Forwarding charges are again communicated to you clearly on the product sides, in the shopping
cart and on the order side.
4.2.With payment by cash on delivery on additional fee at a value of 2.00 EUR becomes due, which the mailman
raises locally. For orders from abroad advance payment as condition of payment is fundamental valid, as if
agrees.
5. Dispatch/Supply
The supply takes place only within the countries, which are listed in the order blank.
The delivery time amounts regular 1 week. To possible deviating delivery times we refer on the respective
product side.
If the ordered product should not be available in time, since we not get the product from our supplier in time, we
inform you immediately. In such case you are free to wait for the ordered product or to cancellation your order. In
case of cancellation already furnished quid pro quos become refunded immediately.
Transition of risk
The risk turns to the buyer with the dispatch the commodity by E. Peschel antenna service.
6. Payment
6.1 You can only exercise a right of retain as far as the requirements result from the same contractual relation.
6.2 If you choose the kind of payment advance payment you get a email from us: A bill in PDF-format. The supply
takes place after the payment is receipt on our account.
6.3 A right to dispatch is entitled to you only, when your counterclaims are legitimate judicially determined or
undisputed or were recognized in writing form by us.
6.4 You can only exercise a right of return as far as the requirements result from the same contractual relation.
6.5 In case of payment by debit so far as you have the choice of this kind of payment, the load of your account takes
2 days after supply the commodity.
7. Reserve of property
Up to the complete payment the commodity remains our property.
8. Guarantee
The guarantee takes place according to the legal regulation. During the legal guarantee period of to years
starting
from supply in relation of all arising lacks you have the legal right to a belated fulfillment (You have the choice:
lack removal or new supply) and – if the legal conditions are present – the legal rights to reduction or resignation
as well as besides on this to damage. You must grant us altogether 2 rework attempts. Is the kind of fulfillment by

button ”send order” you lock the order procedure. You can broken-off the procedure at any time by closing the
browser window. On the individual sides you receive further information, e.g. to correction options.
10.Wording of a contract
The wording of a contact is stored on our internet system. You can see the GTC at any time on this side. The order
data and the GTC will send you by email. After conclusion of the order the wording of contract is no more
accessible over the internet for save reasons.
11.Data protection
We use the data communicated by you for the fulfillment and completion of your order. A passing on of your data
takes place to the email data house, which has the assignment to deliver your order as far as this is necessary for
the supply of the goods (name, address, telephone number for the vote of dates of delivery). For the completion of
payments we pass on your payment data to our house bank if this is necessary.

Without use of customer login: By totally completion and totally payment of the purchase price your data will close
for the further use and delete after expiration of the regulation in according to tax and commercial law.
12.Area of jurisdiction
Place of delivery and area jurisdiction for Germany is for both parts the seat of E. Peschel antenna service. It is
excluding the right of the feral republic of Germany, for supply abroad is valid the judgment of the private arbitral
tribunal.
